I overfertilized my lawn with nitrogen. Will the lawn burn?
Does this mean I will have to have a new lawn put in next year? Will the weather over the next few days/weeks affect the result? Is there anything I can do to diminish the results? I live in western ny..Help!!!
I doubt you will need to have a new lawn put in, but if the damage is substantial you might. The only thing you can do is try to dilute the fertilizer with water asap. I recommend putting out organic fertilizer as it is far less likely to burn your lawn.
