I forgot to use Scotts Wintercare in the fall. Can I put it on my lawn in early spring?

blomelb,
That particular fertilizer is designed to be used in the Fall to provide extra potassium to help with early root growth in the following Spring. You could use it in the Spring, but I wouldn’t recommend it as there are other fertilizers better suited for Spring time. Winter fertilizer has slightly less nitrogen and that is what you want more of in the Spring. I would put out weed and feed fertilizer if your using synthetic fertilizers and a poultry-based fertilizer if you’re doing organic care. Best of luck.
